Depending on how you interact with the website and register, information may include your name, email address, phone number, payment/transaction reference, event registration details, messages sent to us, and basic technical information such as browser type and server logs. The website itself does not ask you to enter card details or OTPs; payment is handled on the payment provider’s hosted checkout.

- To send payment confirmations, joining instructions, schedule updates and essential service messages.
- To maintain website security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and keep records where required.

- To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
4. Payments and third parties
When you use the hosted payment link, the payment provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms. We may receive transaction status, payment reference and information necessary to match your registration. We do not intentionally collect or store full card details, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may share necessary information with service providers supporting hosting, email, event delivery, payment processing, security or analytics, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information as a product. Before launch, list any actual analytics, advertising pixels, CRM or email marketing providers used by the site and provide links to their privacy notices where appropriate.
6. Cookies and analytics
This starter website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code. The hosting environment, embedded services, or third-party payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies. If you add analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, embedded video or other tracking tools, update this policy and implement any consent controls required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the event, handle support requests, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, OTPs or payment credentials to us.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages by using the unsubscribe method provided or contacting us. Essential event and transaction messages may still be sent.
